Greetings, Hastings citizen! Need an old mattress or box spring recycled? You’re in luck! We’re running a special promotion for citizens of the City of Hastings to provide mattress and box spring recycling services at a discounted price. How’s that for some awesome news?!
The first 130 Hastings residents to contact Certified Recycling will receive a FREE curbside pickup of one mattress or one box spring. If you have more to recycle than just the first piece, then standard rates will apply for any additional pieces.

It’s a curbside pickup, so we’ll come to you!
Please put your mattress/box spring as close to the curb as possible. However, if it’s going to rain that day, please lean the items against the garage under the overhang or throw a tarp over them.
You must be a resident of Hastings and provide a valid photo ID. All mattresses and box spring units must be dry and free of bed bugs, blood, or any other hazardous substance or contaminants.
If you’d like, we can also pick up other stuff in addition to your mattress and box spring. We recycle all sorts of household items including appliances, electronics, and more. Any recyclables beyond mattresses and box springs will be charged according to our standard pricing.
