Salary: $15-$18 per hour
Certified Recycling is proud to serve our local city, Burnsville, but we schedule pick ups all around the Twin Cities. We also serve our walk in Customers on a daily basis. We enjoy helping people recycle their ‘junk’ and we enjoy helping mother nature last longer for our future generations.
We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented, self-sufficient, individual to offer top notch customer service to our residential and commercial Customer base. The primary job functions for the front desk receptionist and warehouse coordinator is to receive calls from our Customers and support walk in Customers. Those Customers who call in, the skill set required is to gather all information needed to schedule a recycling pick-up or help guide them to our facility for a drop off. To assist the walk in Customers you must be able to provide quality respectful customer service by reviewing pricing, taking payment and coordinating the unload service that our warehouse staff offers. Our goal is to leave the Customer feeling great about their good deed of recycling for the day.
