🎵🎵 And may all your Christmases be green… 🎵🎵
We gotta bone to pick with you, Santa. Handing out coal? REALLY?! Stop making Mama Earth sad, Mr. Claus. #CancelSanta

Just kidding. We love ya, Big Guy! We also love recycling and keeping the planet green. Here are some tips for post-holiday cleanup this year.
Don’t throw those old lights in the trash! To properly recycle your Christmas lights, simply drop them off at your nearest recycling center. We have a recycling center in Burnsville and we’ll gladly recycle your Christmas lights for you.
Unfortunately, wrapping paper isn’t recyclable. If you’re interested in a fun alternative to wrapping paper, one option is to use paper grocery bags. This creates a rustic burlap appearance for your gifts and you can just toss the paper in the recycling bin after the gifts have been torn open.
Sometimes people put them on the curb for a pickup, but the beauty of real trees is that they can be recycled as firewood or compost. It’s free and gives you more value out of your purchase.
Absolutely! If you bring your fake Christmas tree to us, we’ll properly recycle it for ya. The Scott County Hazardous Waste Facility is also accepting drop-offs this year.
We really dig recycling. We like it so much, in fact, that if you don’t have time to drop off at our warehouse in Burnsville, we’ll gladly come to you. Our fleet of trucks run routes across the Twin Cities every week, making both in-home and curbside pickups.
